"I first started training with Mark Krysko, principal and head trainer of Function Personal Training, after learning I had scoliosis and kyphosis. Suffering copious amounts of pain, dizziness and headaches had prompted me to seek chiropractic treatment as a short-term remedy for pain relief. After about 2 years it I recognized that chiropractic treatment was not effective nor a long-term solution. Luckily for me I started training with Mark. I instantly regained mobility in my neck and back! This was a huge step for me. Soon to follow was less pain and dizziness! Since then I have continued to train with Mark for rehabilitation due to osteopenia and more recently surgical recovery from ovarian cancer.
